Clinical Supervision

In most cases, Behavior Clinicians (BCs) in Indiana are clinically supervised by a licensed clinician. 

Kestrel’s Clinical Psychologist has supervised clinicians for over 20 years, and he serves as our in-house clinical supervisor.  With recent changes to Indiana’s waivers, our Executive Director, who is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), also can clinically supervise.

No other agency in South Central Indiana offers this quality advantage.

Kestrel also provides clinical supervision for BCs working with other provider agencies.  We always strive to improve supports for everyone.
