KBH provides Behavior Support Services, usually for people who have Medicaid Waivers – the FSW (Family Supports Waiver) or the CIH (Community Integration and Habilitation) Waiver.

Kestrel Behavioral Health (KBH) can assist you in applying for a Waiver and contacting a Case Manager.  We also have private pay options if you need that.
